founder and co-owner of the “LêLê restaurant” and “LêLê Street Kitchens”
Anh Lê was born in Vietnam and arrived in Denmark at the age if five as as refugee. In 2003 she founded the first LêLê restaurant together with her 3 brothers and her ex-husband. Since then their humble beginnings has expanded to include a high-end, Vietnamese restaurant serving modern dishes with both local and exotic ingredients, five LêLê Street Kitchens,a foodtruck and an extensive catering an event department.In addition Anh has published 2 cookbooks about Vietnamese food, and hosted a food-and-travel show about Vietnamese food broadcasted on both Danish television, as well as in the other Nordic countries. Her 3rd cookbook is going to be published in the spring of 2017. Anh Lê is also an ambassador to the charity organization SOS Children Villages. She supports the children of Ca Mau, Vietnam, with the profits from the cookbooks.
